The traditional manual transmission will interrupt the power when shifting, while the SEM TR1-200 powershift transmission uses a wet multi-plate friction clutch as a power shift actuator. When shifting is required, the electronic control unit will accurately receive the signal from the shift operation, and based on the collected speed signals of each section and the torque information sent by the engine, the high-speed proportional solenoid valve will accurately control the separation of the clutch to be separated and the combination of the clutch to be engaged, thereby achieving uninterrupted power shifting. This process is like the seamless handover of the baton by athletes in a relay race. The power of the engine can be continuously and stably transmitted to the drive wheel, effectively avoiding the impact and setback caused by the power interruption during shifting, and ensuring that the equipment can operate smoothly under various complex working conditions.​
