Description

The QSB3.9-C125 diesel engine, a high-power upgrade to the QSB3.9 series, is designed to meet the high-intensity operational demands of heavy machinery, large agricultural machinery, and industrial applications. With high horsepower, high torque, and low energy consumption as its core advantages, and a deeply optimized powertrain and durable design, it serves as a highly efficient power source for heavy-duty operations, providing continuous and stable power support for equipment.

The QSB3.9-C125 diesel engine boasts a rated power of 92kW (approximately 125 horsepower) and delivers sustained, stable power at a rated speed of 2200rpm, easily meeting the power requirements of large machinery operating at full load for extended periods. Its maximum torque reaches 480Nm, maintained across an ultra-wide speed range of 1300-1800rpm. It efficiently handles both the instantaneous burst of power required for heavy-loaded starting and sustained traction during high-speed operation. Compared to lower-power models in the same series, it offers a 13% increase in power output, significantly improving operational efficiency.

The QSB3.9-C125 diesel engine features a variable geometry turbocharger (VGT), which adjusts turbine geometry in real time based on operating conditions. This boosts intake pressure at low rpm, improving torque response, while optimizing intake flow at high rpm to prevent power loss and achieve smooth power across the entire engine speed range. It also accelerates turbo engagement during cold starts, reducing start time to under 3 seconds at -20°C.

High-energy ignition: Due to the low ignition energy of hydrogen, the requirements for the ignition system are relatively low. However, to ensure reliable ignition of the natural gas and hydrogen mixture under various operating conditions, a high-energy ignition device, such as a high-energy ignition coil or a multi-spark ignition system, is required. This device provides greater ignition energy, prolongs spark duration, improves ignition reliability, and promotes rapid combustion of the mixture.

Optimized ignition advance control: Precise control of the ignition advance angle is crucial to engine performance. An electronic control system adjusts the ignition advance angle in real time based on engine speed, load, mixture concentration, and other parameters, ensuring optimal combustion under varying engine operating conditions. Sensors collect engine operating parameters and input them into the electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU then calculates and analyzes these parameters, outputting the appropriate ignition advance angle control signal to control the ignition system.

The QSB3.9-C125 diesel engine, with its upgraded power, advanced core technology, and reliable, durable design, not only meets the high-power requirements of heavy-duty operations but also reduces operating costs through low energy consumption and extended maintenance intervals. It is a high-quality, high-performance, economical power solution for heavy machinery, large agricultural machinery, and industrial power applications.
