The KTA19-C600 infrastructure machinery engine can provide a rated power of 448kW (about 600HP) through a 19L displacement, a 6-cylinder in-line structure and supercharged intercooling technology 18. Its application scenarios cover heavy-duty fields such as mining, road construction, and rail transit, meeting the diverse needs of Euro II to National VI emission standards .
For extreme impact load scenarios such as rock crushers and deep hole drills, it is equipped with a dual-path hydraulic pulse buffering technology to convert instantaneous impact energy into cooling system kinetic energy to avoid the risk of traditional flywheel overload. The innovative ceramic-based turbocharger can withstand 950℃ high-temperature exhaust gas, and with three-stage intercooling heat dissipation, it can continuously output 610HP power at an ambient temperature of 45℃.
