Daily Inspection and Maintenance
1. Engine Oil and Coolant Inspection
Regularly check the oil level in the oil pan to ensure that it is within the standard range. If it is insufficient, it needs to be replenished in time and the risk of leakage should be checked.
Check the coolant level, use antifreeze to meet the high-temperature heat dissipation requirements, and check the sealing of the cooling system pipeline.
2. Filter Maintenance
Air filter: Clean or replace the filter element regularly to prevent dust from entering the cylinder and causing wear.
Fuel filter: Replace every 19,300 kilometers or 6 months (whichever comes first). Low-sulfur diesel should be used in the north in winter.
Oil-water separator: Drain water and clean sediment regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the fuel system.
3. Inspection of key components
Check the belt for wear. If there are cracks or detachment, replace it; confirm that the fan is firmly fixed and has no cracks. Check the crankcase ventilation system (PCV valve), clean the pollutants to avoid blockage, and maintain ventilation efficiency.
