V3800 Construction Machinery engine Introduction
The V3800 engine is a four-stroke, vertical, water-cooled diesel engine that uses common rail technology and other advanced fuel injection technologies to enable the fuel to be sprayed into the combustion chamber more accurately and evenly, while also having excellent fuel efficiency. Compared with the V3300, the displacement has increased by 14%, and the output and torque have increased by 10%.

Excellent noise control
By adopting multi-stage air intake, multi-stage shock absorption and other technologies, the noise and vibration during operation are effectively reduced, creating a more comfortable working environment for operators and reducing noise pollution to the surrounding environment
High reliability
The engine is made of high-strength materials and precision processing technology, which ensures long-term and stable operation. The design also adopts a single-side inspection method, which is convenient for quick inspection and maintenance, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
Structural design
Fuel system: Direct injection fuel system, such as Bosch type small fuel injection pump and Bosch throttle type fuel injector, can accurately control the fuel injection amount and injection time, ensure the full combustion of fuel, improve the engine's power performance and fuel economy.
Lubrication system: Adopt forced lubrication, through the cycloid pump to provide good lubrication for the engine's moving parts, reduce wear and extend the engine's service life.
