1. Load change response
Torque reserve ≥ 30%: When the load suddenly increases (such as a tractor encountering resistance when plowing the land) and the engine speed drops, the ECU automatically increases the amount of fuel injection, the torque increases rapidly, maintains operating stability, and avoids flameout.
Power reserve > 10%: At the rated speed (2600r/min), a certain power margin is retained to adapt to short-term overload conditions (such as harvesters harvesting dense crops).
2. Speed ​​control logic
Idle operation: about 750~800r/min, ECU controls small oil injection to maintain stable engine operation and reduce fuel consumption (such as when construction machinery is on standby).
Rated speed: The rated power output is 66kW at 2600r/min, which is suitable for scenarios requiring high-speed operation (such as harvester threshing drum drive).
Speed ​​limit protection: When the speed exceeds the rated value, the ECU limits the amount of fuel injection to prevent "overspeed" from damaging the engine.
