It primarily replaces the previous 2011/2012 series and has undergone comprehensive optimization.

Key Technologies and Design Highlights
Advanced Combustion System:
Employs an electronically controlled high-pressure common rail injection system, providing adjustable high-pressure injection for precise fuel atomization and multiple injections, ensuring complete combustion and reducing fuel consumption and particulate emissions.
Rugged Engine Block Structure:
Constructed with a gray cast iron cylinder block and cylinder head, offering high rigidity and durability.
Wet cylinder liner design provides excellent heat dissipation and facilitates maintenance and replacement.
The main bearing caps and engine block feature a trapezoidal frame structure, significantly improving crankcase rigidity and strength while reducing noise and vibration.
Efficient Cooling and Lubrication:
Integrated cooling system design optimizes coolant flow, ensuring uniform temperature across all cylinders.
Easy Maintenance:
Accessories (e.g., alternator, starter motor, water pump, etc.) are easily removable.
The oil filler cap, oil filter, and other accessories are conveniently located for easy routine maintenance.
A variety of oil pan heights and flywheel housings with different orientations are available as options to meet the installation requirements of various equipment.
Maintenance and Precautions
Use High-Quality Oils: Low-sulfur diesel fuel meeting specified standards, specific grade engine oil, and approved urea solution must be used. This is crucial for the lifespan of the aftertreatment system.
Pay Attention to the Aftertreatment System: The DPF requires regular active or passive regeneration. If the equipment operates at low loads for extended periods, take precautions to prevent DPF clogging. Ensure the urea tank level is adequate for the SCR system.
Professional Repair: Due to the high degree of electronic control in the engine (ECU), diagnostics and repairs require specialized tools and software. It is recommended that these be performed by an authorized service provider.
