Routine maintenance items
Oil and filter replacement
Cycle: Every 5,000 kilometers or 6 months (whichever comes first), the oil filter needs to be replaced simultaneously.
Oil type: It is recommended to use 0W-20 fully synthetic engine oil to ensure lubrication, cooling and cleaning performance.
Air filter maintenance
Replacement cycle: Every 10,000 kilometers or 12 months. If operating in a dusty environment, the cycle needs to be shortened to 5,000 kilometers.
Inspection method: Clean the dust on the surface of the filter element regularly to prevent impurities from entering the engine and causing wear.
Fuel filter maintenance
Replacement cycle: Every 20,000 kilometers or 12 months to prevent impurities or moisture in the diesel from affecting the fuel system.
Note: Using high-quality diesel can extend the life of the filter.
Cooling system maintenance
Coolant replacement: Clean and replace the coolant every 40,000 km or 36 months to prevent the engine from overheating.
Radiator cleaning: Clean the radiator fins every week to avoid reduced heat dissipation efficiency due to dust accumulation.
