The cylinder body is made of high-strength vermicular graphite cast iron (tensile strength 450MPa), the crankshaft is ion nitrided, and the design life exceeds 80,000 hours.

Anti-corrosion optimization
The seawater pump is made of nickel-aluminum bronze, and the impeller is treated with a special coating, which increases the chloride ion corrosion resistance by 300%. The fully enclosed electrical system has a protection level of IP67 and is suitable for high salt spray environments.
Exhaust system
A dry exhaust manifold is used and equipped with a water cooling protection device. This design effectively reduces the fuel consumption of the engine, improves fuel utilization, and improves the overall performance of the engine.
Environmental compliance
Emission control, IMO Tier III certification: SCR system urea consumption 4.5L/h@75% load, NOx emissions <3.4g/kWh. Integrated soot sensor, DPF regeneration efficiency >98%.
