Description

The 6BTA5.9-M150 Marine Propulsion Engine is a high-performance power unit designed for small and medium-sized ships. It adopts an inline 6-cylinder structure, a displacement of 5.9 liters, a maximum power of 150 horsepower (110kW) @2600rpm, and a peak torque of 520N·m@1600rpm. The engine adopts turbocharging and intercooling technology, equipped with an advanced electronic fuel injection system, and the fuel consumption rate is as low as 195g/kWh, meeting the IMO Tier II emission standards. The key components adopt a reinforced design, the crankshaft is made of forged steel, and the cylinder body is specially heat-treated to ensure stable output under harsh working conditions. The standard intelligent monitoring system can monitor key parameters such as oil pressure and water temperature in real time.

Efficient intake and fuel system

Equipped with turbocharging and water-air intercooling devices, it can effectively increase the intake volume, allow the fuel to burn fully, and improve the thermal efficiency of the engine.

The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt an integrated design, which greatly reduces the number of parts, about 40% less than similar engines, reduces the probability of failure, and effectively prevents water and oil leakage in the engine.
