Products Description
As a new generation of medium-horsepower marine power flagship, the KT19-M 425 HP marine engine is designed for offshore fishing boats, passenger and cargo ferries and engineering auxiliary ships. It adopts the modular intelligent combustion system (MICS) to break through the thermal efficiency bottleneck of traditional diesel engines. It can output 425 horsepower (313kW) continuous power in the low speed range, and the torque reserve coefficient reaches 1.32, which perfectly adapts to the needs of variable working conditions.
Dual-mode exhaust gas recirculation (D-EGR): integrated high-pressure/low-pressure circulation paths, nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are 15% lower than the IMO Tier II standard, and fuel consumption rate is optimized to 195g/kWh (full load condition);
Nano-ceramic cylinder liner coating: a 0.02mm ultra-thin wear-resistant layer is achieved through plasma spraying process, and the overhaul cycle is extended to 20,000 hours, which is 30% higher than similar products;
Fully immersed seawater cooling system: innovative tube-sheet separation design, 50% higher anti-biological adhesion ability, suitable for high salt fog environment in tropical waters.
