2. Technical features and design optimization
Adopting an integral cylinder head design to improve structural rigidity and sealing and reduce leakage risk.
Supercharged intercooler intake technology to improve combustion efficiency and power output stability.
The combination of mechanical injection pump (VE pump) and direct injection technology has better fuel atomization effect and reduces fuel consumption.
3. Application scenarios and market adaptation
Applicable to Liugong 920 excavator, bulldozer, milling machine and other engineering machinery, as well as generator sets, marine power and other scenarios.
Typical case: It has been equipped with XM130K milling machine, ZE360E excavator and other equipment, and is favored by the engineering field due to its high torque characteristics.
4. Daily inspection and maintenance
Leakage inspection: Check the engine casing and pipeline interface for fuel, oil or coolant leakage every day, focusing on the oil pan, radiator and fuel pipeline connection.
Engine oil: After stopping and cooling, confirm that the liquid level is within the scale range through the oil dipstick. If it is insufficient, add engine oil that meets the SAE 15W-40 standard.
Clean the oil and dust on the engine surface every day to avoid poor heat dissipation due to fouling of high-temperature components (such as turbochargers).
