Jining Pinbo Import and Export Co., Ltd. announced today that the DB58 construction machinery engine designed for extremely cold working conditions has arrived in Lapland and will be used in Nordic engineering infrastructure construction to power mining equipment and port cranes. This model has broken through the -30℃ ultra-low temperature cold start technology, filling the application gap of Chinese power equipment in the heavy industry field of the Arctic Circle.
Core Technology Highlights
Low Temperature Electronically Controlled Fuel Injection System (LC-FIS): Using nano-level fuel preheating technology, the cold start time is shortened to 25 seconds (traditional models require 90 seconds);
Modular turbocharger group: Integrated dual-channel variable section supercharger, power attenuation ≤3% under 4,500 meters altitude;
Intelligent anti-vibration architecture: Passed ISO 10816-3 vibration level certification, suitable for high-frequency impact equipment such as mining rock drills.
