For this reason, many customers are no longer only focusing on famous international brands. Instead, they are looking for engines that are practical, durable, and easier to maintain locally.
The PB10C300-18 model has been widely used on smaller fishing vessels and service boats. Customers appreciate its compact structure and stable performance during long working hours.
For medium and larger boats, PB12C450-21 and PB13C500-18 became more frequently discussed among local ship owners this year. Some customers operating in high-temperature coastal environments said stable cooling systems and continuous output capability were especially important.
In addition, the PB13C550-18 model has recently attracted several inquiries from owners of larger transport boats and engineering support vessels. Reliable horsepower output and easier spare parts sourcing are major advantages mentioned by customers.
Another noticeable change is that Middle East buyers are becoming more experienced when purchasing Chinese marine equipment. They pay closer attention to technical support, after-sales communication, and long-term spare parts supply rather than only low prices.
As marine transportation and fishing activities continue growing in the region, demand for practical marine propulsion solutions is expected to remain stable.
