
Running-in maintenance: For new engines or engines after overhaul, running-in maintenance should be carried out after a total of about 50 hours of operation. The maintenance includes checking the belt tension, replacing the engine oil and oil filter element, cleaning the oil pan and oil collector (if necessary), etc.
250-hour regular maintenance: After the running-in period, maintenance is required every 250 hours or so. In addition to the maintenance items included in the running-in period, it is also necessary to check and adjust the valve clearance (if necessary), replace the diesel filter element, clean the diesel tank and diesel pipeline (if necessary), check and adjust the cylinder head bolt torque (if necessary), check and remove dust and impurities on the surface of the water tank intercooler, etc.
