Detailed Introduction
The low-pressure fuel line includes the fuel tank, two-stage fuel filter, fuel pump, relief valve, and low-pressure pipeline. Its function is to deliver fuel at a certain pressure to provide a stable fuel supply for the high-pressure fuel line.
Injection module: It consists of an electronically controlled unit pump, a mechanical injector, and a short high-pressure oil pipe. The electronically controlled unit pump is directly installed on the engine cylinder block and is driven by the engine camshaft.
Electronic Control System: The core component is the electronic control unit (ECU), which also includes various sensors, such as the crankshaft speed sensor, camshaft speed sensor, intake air temperature and pressure sensor, cooling water temperature sensor, fuel temperature sensor, and the wiring harness that connects them.
Based on the information provided by these sensors, the ECU calculates engine torque output, fuel injection quantity, fuel supply start time, and other factors, and then controls the solenoid valve of the electronically controlled unit pump.
