Inspect the oil level in the oil pan, the coolant level in the radiator, the diesel engine coolant, the seals of the oil and air line joints, the air filter element, the oil-water separator, the belts, and the fan. These items require daily inspection.

Regular Maintenance Items:
Break-in Maintenance: For new or overhauled engines, perform break-in maintenance after approximately 50 cumulative hours of operation. This includes checking belt tension, replacing the engine oil and oil filter element, and cleaning the oil pan and oil collector (if necessary).
250-Hour Regular Maintenance: After the break-in period, maintenance is required approximately every 250 hours of operation. In addition to the break-in maintenance, this includes checking and adjusting valve clearance (if necessary), replacing the diesel filter element, cleaning the diesel tank and diesel lines (if necessary), checking and adjusting cylinder head bolt torque (if necessary), and inspecting and removing dust and debris from the radiator and intercooler.
