The Volvo D7D engine is an inline six-cylinder, water-cooled, turbocharged, intercooled design, delivering a maximum output of 153kW (210 hp) and a maximum torque of 980Nm. Thanks to its high-strength cast iron cylinder block and precision fuel injection control system, the D7D achieves smooth operation and efficient combustion even under harsh operating conditions.

In terms of environmental protection, the D7D meets EU Stage II/Tier 2 emission standards, featuring complete combustion, low smoke, and low noise, making it a representative product of Volvo's "Green Power" philosophy. Its easy-to-maintain design also saves users significant time and costs in routine maintenance.

Currently, the D7D is widely used in excavators, loaders, bulldozers, generator sets, and industrial equipment, making it the preferred power source for many OEMs.

Volvo stated, "The D7D is an engine built for long-term, high-intensity operation, representing our commitment to reliability and sustainable power."

As the global construction machinery market continues to grow, the Volvo D7D will continue to provide robust power support to customers worldwide with its stable and efficient performance.
