Intake and exhaust system: including air filter, intake pipe, exhaust pipe and exhaust muffler. The air filter filters the air entering the cylinder, the intake pipe guides the air into the cylinder, the exhaust pipe discharges the exhaust gas, and the exhaust muffler reduces the exhaust noise.
Lubrication system: includes oil pump, oil filter and oil cooler. The oil pump extracts the oil from the oil pan and delivers it to various lubrication parts, the oil filter filters the impurities in the oil, and the oil cooler cools the oil to prevent overheating.
Cooling system: includes radiator and water pump. The radiator stores coolant and takes away the heat generated by the engine through water circulation, and the water pump drives the coolant to circulate in the engine.
Fuel supply system: includes fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, injection pump and injector. The fuel tank stores diesel, the fuel pump delivers diesel to the injection pump, the fuel filter filters the impurities in the diesel, and the injection pump and injector accurately control the injection amount and injection time of diesel.
Starting system: includes starter motor and battery. The starter motor provides starting torque to start the crankshaft rotating, and the battery stores electrical energy and provides power.
